Great experience with Bano! I requested that our trip be moved to the next day and the assigned driver, Vasco promptly informed customer service and in a matter of minutes, they sent me a message and email to handle my request. My request was approved in less than an hour and a new driver was assigned. Albano our assigned driver was on time and was pleasant. He helped us with our heavy bags and patiently waited for us during our side trip to Braga. I highly recommend!

Albano was a cheerful driver- he was early to pick us up. Stopped at Valencia Fort and Tui cathedral. His van was very comfortable and clean.

The trip was great! Bano was on time to pick us up. The van was immaculate and very comfortable. It had free wifi and bottles of water for our trip. He was very pleasant and gave us some history as we traveled. Since we were going to do the Camino in Spain, Bano let us walk across the bridge from Portugal to Spain, which is part of the Portuguese Camino! We had a quick stop about 1/2 way thru to rest and get a bite to eat. The stop was just what we needed! We arrived timely to our destination and he helped us with our luggage. Overall, we are VERY happy we booked with Bano Travel! We’d highly recommend it!

My husband and I had a wonderful trip from Porto to Ferrol with Albano (“Bano”). Bano was extremely kind, knowledgeable and showed us amazing sites on our journey to Ferrol, Spain including Braga and Portoverde. Bano was an excellent option for us since traveling from Porto, Portugal to Ferrol, Spain would have required a long train ride or flight to Madrid for a connection. We had the most enjoyable day and the ride was pleasant with all we would need inc water, snacks and free WiFi :) Thanks, Bano! Hightly recommend and would definitely book again on another trip!

Albano was great. Arrived on time, was a very good driver, and got us where we needed to go.

The driver personally sent a message the evening before to inform us on pick up and see us the next day which comforted us. Upon arrive the gentleman was extremely friendly , informative and helpful . Lovely clean car with wifi and water. The drive was excellent and safe and able to have a rest stop to fresh up and have a coffee break. We made it to the destination in perfect timing with a warm goodbye.

Albano could not have been more accomodating…since our journey from Sevilla to Porto was quite long, he stopped several times for a comfort rest. We always love the upgraded vehicle; it is clean, smells good, always water available and very comfortable. Albano was a gracious guide explaining and sharing points of interest along the way.

Our daytrip experience was great! Albano did great for my family and I especially with the crazy rainy weather we made the best of our scheduled stop in Sintra and then made up for it a bit with a great lunch stop! I will definitely use daytrip again when we return to Portugal!
